The Bardstown Bourbon Collaborative Series Goose Island Cask Strength Bourbon is a limited release that brings together the craftsmanship of Bardstown Bourbon Company and the innovative spirit of Goose Island Brewery. This unique bourbon features a bespoke blend of 6 and 7-year-old Kentucky bourbon, aged an additional 12 months in freshly emptied Goose Island Bourbon County Brand Stout barrels. The stout-soaked staves of these barrels immediately mingle with the bourbon once filled, creating a rich and complex flavor profile. To complete the blend, a beautiful 9-year-old Kentucky bourbon is added, resulting in an expression bursting with chocolate malt and dried cherries.
