Calle 23 100% Blanco Tequila is the culmination of Sophie Decobecq’s passion for agave and tequila, nurtured over her two decades of living in Mexico. As a French-born biochemist and engineer, Sophie’s journey into the world of tequila began in 1999 when she moved to Mexico. In 2003, she embarked on her own project, which would later evolve into Calle 23 Tequila. This blanco tequila is a testament to Sophie’s dedication to crafting spirits of exceptional quality.

Calle 23 Tequila is produced in San Pancho, using agaves sourced from the Highland region of Jalisco, specifically from fields between Arandas and Tepatitlan. The Highlands region is renowned for growing agaves that yield the perfect tequila tasting profile sought by Calle 23 – fruity, round, and spicy.
