Hacienda Chihuahua Rustico Tequila is a testament to centuries-old traditions and the rich heritage of the Anazasis and Tarahumara tribes. For over 800 years, these indigenous peoples have crafted this remarkable spirit from the sotol plant, harnessing its organic and natural character in the harsh environment of Chihuahua, Mexico. Today, Hacienda de Chihuahua continues this legacy by carefully extracting the sotol plant from nature, preserving its essence in every bottle.

Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, Hacienda Chihuahua Rustico Tequila undergoes a process of slow steam cooking, fermentation with champagne yeasts, and distillation in a double-column copper alembic. It is then rested for at least six months in new French white oak barrels, allowing it to develop its extraordinary character and fine aroma.
