We infused homemade Worcestershire sauce-soaked staves into bourbon finished in scotch whisky casks, resulting in a full-bodied liquid with a subtle sweetness, offering notes of peat, savoriness, and spice on the finish. This unique straight bourbon whiskey, part of the Kitchen Table Collab No. 1 release, is distilled in Clermont and matured in bourbon and scotch American white oak barrels. Bottled at 100 proof (50.0% alc/vol), this exclusive batch is limited to just 100 bottles, making it a rare and exceptional addition to any whiskey collection. Released in Fall ’24, each 375ml bottle is individually numbered, marking it as a true collector’s item.
