Dedman Distillery, which, for decades, produced The Wise Man’s Bourbon under the Distilled Spirits Plant Designation “No. 16.” Kentucky Owl is one of Kentucky’s original distilleries and played an integral role in shaping the state’s bourbon-making heritage.
