Description

Introducing Kiyomi Japanese Rum, a truly exceptional spirit that marries the traditions of Japanese craftsmanship with the artistry of rum production. Crafted with precision and care, this unique rum embodies the essence of Japan’s rich cultural heritage and dedication to quality.

Kiyomi Japanese Rum begins its journey with the finest sugarcane, carefully sourced from select plantations around the world. This sugarcane is meticulously processed and fermented using traditional Japanese techniques, resulting in a pure and flavorful base.

The distilled spirit is then aged in oak barrels, where it undergoes a transformation that is influenced by Japan’s unique climate and environment. The cool temperatures and humidity of Japan’s aging warehouses impart a distinct character to the rum, resulting in a smooth and nuanced flavor profile.

With its elegant presentation and delicate aroma, Kiyomi Japanese Rum captivates the senses from the first pour. The nose is greeted by notes of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak, with subtle hints of tropical fruits and Japanese botanicals adding complexity.

On the palate, Kiyomi Japanese Rum offers a velvety-smooth texture and a rich, multi-layered flavor experience. Flavors of ripe banana, coconut, and toasted rice mingle with hints of spice and umami, creating a harmonious balance that is uniquely Japanese.

Whether enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or as the base for your favorite cocktails, Kiyomi Japanese Rum promises an unforgettable drinking experience. Embrace the spirit of Japan and elevate your rum experience with Kiyomi Japanese Rum.

ipelago is the only place in Japan able to grow sugar cane. Helios is the oldest distillery in Japan, which started producing rum in 1961 by Mr Tadashi Matsuda after requests from the American army, who were stationed there at the time. For more than half a century, Mr Tadashi Matsuda’s family generations have been making rum by refining their barrel ageing techniques to find the perfect match between the barrel and the spirit.
