As we turn the page, our meticulous cooking technique unfolds, meticulously breathing life into each grain’s unique character. Through an open-air sour mash process, we infuse soulful complexity into our creation, crafting a narrative that celebrates the essence of each individual grain.

The bourbon’s mash bill is 60% corn, 20% heirloom wheat, 10% heirloom rye, and 10% heirloom malted barley. The distillery aims to balance the flavor grains so that all of them can be tasted in the whiskey.
