The 16th Edition of Parker’s Heritage Collection presents an extraordinary blend of two Kentucky Straight Bourbons. It combines 67% 13-year-old Bourbon aged in Rickhouse Q with 33% 15-year-old Bourbon from Rickhouse II. The process begins with the 13-year-old Bourbon, which was aged on the 5th-7th floors of Rickhouse Q before being double-barreled in new American white oak barrels with a level 3 char for four weeks. This re-barreling extracted even deeper oak and spice flavors from the wood. Then, the 13-year-old Bourbon was blended with the 15-year-old Bourbon aged on the 2nd and 5th floors of Rickhouse II. The result is a complex, bold, and balanced flavor profile, enhanced by the unique aging process. Bottled uncut and non-chill filtered, this bourbon preserves its complex flavors, offering a rich and full-bodied experience.
