Our Toasted Series is a tribute to the unexpected joys of exploration. As we delved into toasted finishes, we discovered that each barrel brought its own unique character. Embracing this diversity of chars and toasts, we crafted a series where every bottle is truly one-of-a-kind.

After fully maturing our 95% rye and 5% malted barley whiskey in charred new American oak barrels, we finished it in a new, freshly toasted barrel. While the flavor profile of each bottle in our Toasted Series is delightfully unpredictable, the deep vanilla notes from the toasting process enhance our signature flavor.
