This 2023 vintage flagship bourbon features a mash bill comprised of 75% corn, 15% rye, and 10% malted barley, with all grains sourced locally and non-GMO. Distilled in a Vendome copper column still, it is aged for a minimum of three years, allowing it to develop a rich and complex flavor profile. The bourbon is proofed using Kentucky spring water filtered through limestone, ensuring purity and authenticity.
