In this unique Double Finish technique, we’ve infused French Oak staves with maple syrup through a patented process involving pressure, oxygen, time, and temperature. After aging RD1 Spirit’s Kentucky Straight Bourbon for over 4 years, we introduced the French Oak and Maple stave wood into the barrel for additional aging. The result? A sensory experience reminiscent of the finest stack of pancakes.
