For the initial release of this series, Wolves selected the 2015 lot, which was distilled from two-row pale malted barley and fermented with California Ale yeast. Notably, this particular lot was not peated, resulting in a whiskey with a unique flavor profile that highlights the natural characteristics of the malted barley.
